Ahh yes, despite my age of _ _, I still play with crayons, Elmer's glue, glitter glue and poster boards! This is one of the signs I made for Stuart. This sign in particular will be held by me when Stuart gets off the bus and runs towards me. Yes, that is my picture perfect homecoming moment I imagine. Let's just hope that I don't ask anyone to hold the sign while I tie my shoe or something, that could be bad. This is a rough draft of the sign and I am hoping to finish it soon, on top of my million other to-do's that I saved for the last minute.
I spoke to Stuart today. He is so thrilled that the deployment is coming to an end. When I asked him what he wanted his first meal at home to be, he said, "Anything home cooked." When I asked if he wanted to be left alone for a few minutes when he first comes home, he said, "No, but I would like to relax and watch HDTV." Then before we said our good-byes he said, "Man I miss you, I can't wait to get home and watch some HDTV." Oh, I love him! So romantic!
I'll keep everyone posted, until then....
